Michael McQuaid
Michael began McQuaid Commercial Real Estate with 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, over the course of which he has closed several hundred apartment building transactions. His background includes 8 years with a National Apartment Brokerage, followed by over 12 years at a
Regional Apartment Brokerage as co-founder and CEO. Michael serves on the Board of Directors at the YMCA, the Commercial Brokers Association, and is also active with Washington Athletic Club in the Finance & Budget
Committee. He has been married 25 years and has two daughters.

Ben Barker
A Seattle native, Ben Barker joins McQuaid after several years of experience selling investment properties in the Puget Sound area. Ben is a graduate of Lakeside High School and Pepperdine University, where he studied Economics and earned a Master's degree in Policy Economics. His strong educational background and years of relevant experience help his clients achieve their goals. Ben enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends, as well as playing sports including golf, skiing, and tennis. He currently volunteers his time helping high school students with math.

Natalia Beran
Natalia Beran is originally from Vancouver B.C. and moved to Seattle to enjoy its robust economy as well as its green environment while still being able to fully enjoy many of her passions in the finer arts, including SAM and PNB. She has studied extensively abroad, including La Sorbonne in Paris, and graduated with a degree in Business Marketing from BCIT. She has a diverse professional background in sales & marketing, project management, and new business development.
Natalia is easily described as urban in both attitude and awareness and seeks to represent multi-family investors in the Seattle area and specifically sought out McQuaid Commercial because of it s highly client focused business model.

Noah Klika
Noah Klika brings a diverse range of multifamily experience to McQuaid, having most recently worked for AvalonBay, a national apartment REIT. The extensive knowledge and experience Noah gained from an owner/operator perspective with Avalon brings a large company perspective to his clients. Having worked for one of the largest REIT’s in the U.S., Noah now enjoys the ability McQuaid Commercial offers to work directly with and provide help to principals. Noah is a graduate of Washington State University with a business degree and work experience at the Washington Center for Real Estate Research. He is currently pursuing further industry education through the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate program. Noah’s strong professional and educational backgrounds allow him to provide his clients with exceptional service and results.

Nick Mayer
Nick is third generation to the commercial real estate industry. He is currently responsible for overseeing the marketing, leasing and asset management of an extensive portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties, by way of his family-owned brokerage. As a result, Nick thoroughly understands the process of maximizing value from acquisition to disposition. He is currently a candidate for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Having learned early on of the importance of professional integrity, Nick values long term client relationships and brings an opulent amount of knowledge to every transaction. Nick enjoys skiing, boating, and spending time with friends and family.

Cleary O'Farrell
Cleary brings a Communications degree from the University of Washington and a background in marketing to the McQuaid team. Her experience is backed with various graphic software skills and a passion for design. Cleary is a Seattle native and enjoys photography, spending time outdoors, and supporting animal rights campaigns.
