Michael McQuaid
Michael began McQuaid Commercial Real Estate with 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, over the course of which he has closed several hundred apartment building transactions. His background includes 8 years with a National Apartment Brokerage, followed by over 12 years at a Regional Apartment Brokerage as co-founder and CEO.
Michael serves on the Board of Directors at the YMCA and the Commercial Brokers Association. He has also been a member of the Washington Athletic Club since 1982 and is in the Finance & Budget Committee and on the Board of Governors. Will Gibson
Originally from Ohio, Will moved to Seattle in 2004. Will brings a diverse range of real estate experience to McQuaid, having most recently worked for various institutional sellers of distressed real estate. Previous to that, Will has extensive experience in real estate finance. Having worked with some of the largest institutions in the U.S., Will now enjoys the opportunity McQuaid Commercial offers to work directly with owner principals. Julie Howe
Julie has been in the multifamily housing industry in Seattle and nationally since 1993. She's played all roles from project manager for a local developer, to investment manager for a national apartment investor, and portfolio consultant for owners of affordable family housing. Julie has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Washington with a masters level emphasis on Commercial Real Estate through the Runstad Center for Real Estate studies. Julie is passionate about the art and science of real estate and enjoys complex real estate challenges. She's driven to help individual investors achieve their goals through clarity of purpose, better information and by being smarter than the next guy.

Noah Klika
Noah Klika brings a diverse range of multifamily experience to McQuaid, having most recently worked for AvalonBay, a national apartment REIT. The extensive knowledge and experience Noah gained from an owner/operator perspective with Avalon brings a large company perspective to his clients. Having worked for one of the largest REIT's in the U.S., Noah now enjoys the ability McQuaid Commercial offers to work directly with and provide help to principals. Noah is a graduate of Washington State University with a business degree and work experience at the Washington Center for Real Estate Research. He has also completed the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate program. Jennifer Smith
Jen joins the McQuaid team as a Coastal Carolina University graduate. She brings experience with promotional marketing and a background in strategic planning.
